SHIPPING POLICY
At StepVoid, every pair is tracked from our facility to your door. Here's exactly what to expect after you order.
Where We Ship
We ship to all countries available at checkout. The destinations we currently serve are listed in our shipping settings — if your country can be selected on the checkout page, we ship there. If you can't find your country, it isn't part of our current shipping zone yet.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
Processing covers order verification, quality-checking your pair, and packing. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Transit Time
Once your order ships, estimated delivery is 5–8 business days, depending on your destination.
Total estimated delivery: roughly 6–11 business days from the moment you order (processing + transit). Remote regions may take slightly longer.
Shipping Cost
Free tracked shipping on all orders. Your final shipping option and any applicable cost are always confirmed at checkout before you pay — no surprises after.
Order Tracking
As soon as your pair ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Give the carrier 24–48 hours to register the first scan before the tracking page updates.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international destinations, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in your order total and are not collected by StepVoid. Contact your local customs office if you'd like an estimate before ordering.
Delays
Most orders arrive within the windows above, but carriers, customs clearance, weather, and peak periods can occasionally cause delays outside our control. If your tracking hasn't moved in several days or your estimated window has clearly passed, reach out and we'll chase it down with the carrier.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a package once it's shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require a re-shipping fee. If you spot a mistake immediately after ordering, contact us right away — if it hasn't shipped yet, we'll fix it.
Lost or Stuck Packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, or a package appears lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update and we'll open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.
