How to measure

  1. Put a sheet of paper on a hard floor, one edge flat against a wall.
  2. Stand on it — heel to the wall, weight on both feet.
  3. Mark the tip of your longest toe, then measure from the wall to the mark in cm or inches. That's your foot length.
  4. Match that number to the chart. Measure both feet in the evening (feet swell through the day) and go by the larger one.

Between sizes? Size up. These run true to foot length — when in doubt, the half-size up is the safer fit.
